Bath House Renovations and Other Improvements

During our 2011 annual meeting, stockholding members of Fairfax Swimming Pool, Inc. voted to approve a special assessment in accordance with the by-laws of the corporation. The purpose of the special assessment is to provide additional funding for needed structural improvements to the bath house and other improvements.

The Board is now in the process of soliciting proposals from qualified builders and will initiate the renovations after the pool closes on Labor Day 2011. We plan to complete planned renovations prior to opening day 2012 (Memorial Day weekend).

Some of the plans presented at the annual meeting are included on this page, along with pictures of the current bath house. We will update the blog with photos throughout the construction process.
